Lead Times

Due to the bespoke nature of the metalsmithing process and the precious nature of our materials, Heath Wagoner does not carry inventory. Each product is made to order and created within approximately 4 to 6 weeks*. Once complete your order will be shipped directly via FedEx and you will receive an email with tracking.

*Orders shipping to Manhattan or Brooklyn can be hand-delivered for additional security or picked up at the studio.

*Custom orders or wholesale require a full or downpayment to proceed with production.

*Any orders placed with lead times listed shorter than those listed above must be placed via heath@heathwagoner.com .

  • United States, Canada, and Mexico

  • European Union Countries

  • South America

Holiday Delivery Times

Shipping times during the holiday seasons may be subject to change. If you would like to receive your order by December 22nd, refer to the shipping times listed below:

  • United States: December 8th

  • International: December 1st

Shipping Rates

Our shipping partner is FedEx and all rates are calculated upon checkout.

Uncollected Packages

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by HW.

 

Insurance

HW ensures each purchase during its time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, a signature by the third party is deemed to be sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by HW.

Returns

For return requests please email heath@heathwagoner.com. Please understand that because all items are custom the studio will not honor refund requests until the items have been received in original condition and examined. All sales are final 30 days after receipt.

Repairs

Our products are meant to last you a lifetime, as such they will become worn over this period. Should your pieces need a new lease on life we are here to repair and polish them. Services and prices are listed below. Please email for repairs.

  • Re-Polishing: $50 per piece for large pieces and $25 for small pieces.

  • Pearl Replacement: $40 per pearl

  • Re-plating: Dependent on scale and metal.

  • Metal Repair: Dependent on the piece, technique, and condition.
